Basic ring sizing can often be completed in a timely manner. We can size most rings made from 10k, 14K, 18K gold and platinum. Drop by the store near Montgomery in Cincinnati so we can inspect your ring and provide an exact turnaround time.

We specialize in heirloom redesign. Our jewelers can carefully remove stones from vintage settings and reset them into modern, wearable custom pieces.

8. Do you service watches?
Heileman & Company does not service or alter watches, we do offer a battery replacement service for most watches with typically a 1 day business turnaround.
9. Do you carry lab created Diamonds?
Yes we do have a selection of both natural and lab created diamonds. Most diamonds are selected and sourced to meet our customer's needs so contact us or stop in to our showroom to discuss your jewelry project.
10. Do you do jewelry appraisals?
We do appraisals only on Heileman & Company Jewelers pieces. We recommend contacting and independent, 3rd party graduate gemologist if you have appraisal needs for pieces that were not purchased from us.
11. Do you do jewelry repair on site or send it out?
Heileman & Company Jewelers does all of their jewelry repair work on premises in our state of the art shop. All repairs and alterations are performed on site by skilled jewelers, we take great pride in being one of the few jewelers in the area with our own facility where we can control the quality of all repair work completed. We do not send any jewelry out to a trade shop for repairs and alterations.
