Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your online order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase from www.Heileman.com. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Altered or special order merchandise is non returnable.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Email us for a return authorization at Sales@Heileman.com.
- Ship item back to us following the instructions in the email response.
- We will notify you when item is received.
Additional Information:
- Refunds will be made within 7 business days of item returned in satisfactory condition
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.
- Customer is responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
